Selling Property

Making the selling process smooth, secure, and stress-free from start to settlement.

Before You Go To Market

When you’re selling your home, it is important to understand the process of selling a house or an investment property.
The majority of people who sell their property have no idea what they are doing, but they think that if they pay professionals to do it for them then they will get a good price and everything will be fine.
The truth is that professional help can save you time and money by ensuring that the sale goes through smoothly with minimum fuss and expense.
As selling a house or investment property is not a routine task for many, some may only go through the process once or twice in their lifetime. Therefore, it is advisable to conduct some research beforehand and acquaint oneself with the process to prevent any unpleasant surprises that could delay the property’s sale.

The contract is sent to our office for a thorough review. We carefully examine the terms, identify any concerns, and ensure everything is in order before moving forward with the purchase.

  • Cooling Off Advice

During the five-business-day cooling-off period, we explain the contract terms, outline your legal obligations, and negotiate any required changes. This advice is provided either in writing or during a meeting at our office.

  • Deposit Payment

Before the cooling-off period expires, the balance of your deposit must be paid. We will guide you through the payment process and ensure everything is completed correctly and on time.
